Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule Reviews Key Issues in Meeting
Nagpur : Revenue Minister and Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule held a review meeting at the Divisional Commissioner’s Office today, discussing various issues, including the establishment of new police stations in Nagpur city and rural areas.
The meeting, held in the Commissionerate’s conference hall, was attended by Acting Divisional Commissioner Dr. Madhuri Khode-Chavre, Municipal Commissioner Dr. Abhijit Chaudhary, District Collector Dr. Vipin Itankar, Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad Vinayak Mahamuni, Superintendent of Police Harsh Poddar, Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Central Officer Naresh Zhurmure, and Chief Conservator of Forests A. Srilakshmi.
Considering the growing population in Nagpur city and surrounding areas, discussions focused on crime prevention and maintaining law and order. The Police Department was directed to prepare a proposal for establishing new police stations in Nagpur Rural, City, and Commissionerate limits and submit it to the government.
In addition, Minister Bawankule also issued directives on various matters related to the Revenue, Forest, Soil, and Water Conservation Departments during the meeting.
