Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai Honors Ram Kumari Chauhan for Outstanding Work

Raigarh | On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai honored Smt. Ram Kumari Chauhan, an Anganwadi worker from Transport Nagar, Kirodimal Anganwadi Center, Raigarh district, with the Outstanding Anganwadi Worker Award at a program held in Raipur.

Ram Kumari Chauhan received this recognition for her 100% data entry on the Nutrition Tracker App, ensuring maximum beneficiaries avail government schemes, providing special care to pregnant and lactating women, contributing significantly to malnutrition eradication, effectively implementing the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, enrolling more beneficiaries in the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, and making notable contributions to the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana.

Chief Minister Shri Sai appreciated the role of Anganwadi workers in women’s empowerment and child development, calling them the foundation of social progress. Receiving this state-level honor, Ram Kumari Chauhan has become an inspiration for Anganwadi workers across the district.
