Gaurela Pendra Marwahi: Weekly Time-Limit Meeting Held Under the Chairmanship of the Collector

Revenue, Agriculture, and Cooperative Departments Directed to Issue Land Identification Certificates and Farmer IDs for All Farmers by March 31

All Departments Urged to Ensure Progress in Scheme Implementation and Target Achievement

Gaurela Pendra Marwahi : A weekly time-limit meeting was held under the chairmanship of Collector Smt. Leena Kamlesh Mandavi in the Arpa Sabha Hall, where departmental schemes, public grievances, and their resolution were reviewed.

She emphasized the need for a single identification card for farmers to avail benefits under various government schemes and minimum support price (MSP) marketing. Accordingly, the Revenue, Agriculture, and Cooperative Departments were instructed to coordinate and ensure the issuance of Land Identification Certificates and Farmer IDs for all agricultural landholders in the district by March 31. To achieve this, the departments were directed to organize camps in all gram panchayats, announce the schedule publicly, and ensure farmer participation. The collector also instructed that these documents be issued as part of activities under International Cooperative Year 2025.

Review of Departmental Schemes and Implementation Directives

During the review, all Janpad CEOs were instructed to visit field areas and ensure the completion of under-construction Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) houses by March 31. Similarly, pending approved houses must commence construction at the earliest. Under MNREGA, the construction of fair price shops and Anganwadi centers should also be completed by the deadline.

For infrastructure projects, the Executive Engineer of the Electricity Department was directed to expedite electricity connections at the Fecal Sludge Treatment Plants (FSTP) and Plastic Waste Management Units (PWMU) in Nevsa, Sarbahara, Kudri, Bariumrao, Marwahi, and Gulli Dand.

The District Education Officer was instructed to ensure that income, caste, residence certificates, Aadhar IDs, midday meal programs under the PM Poshan Shakti Abhiyan, and health checkups, including sickle cell testing, are provided for all schoolchildren. Additionally, an inspection report on the Mukhyamantri School Jatan Yojana was to be submitted.

Other Key Directives

  • Expedite paddy lifting from procurement centers after delivery orders and ensure timely rice deposits in state warehouses post-milling.
  • Complete ongoing projects under the Jal Shakti Abhiyan at the earliest.
  • Mandatory installation of rainwater harvesting in all government buildings.
  • All government employees to create NIC email IDs under the E-Office implementation.
  • Timely completion of projects approved under DMF funds.

The collector also instructed officials to resolve public grievances quickly under platforms like Mukhyamantri Jan Shikayat, Mukhyamantri Jandarshan, Collector Jandarshan, PMO Portal, and E-Samadhan. Beneficiaries must receive scheme benefits, and applicants deemed ineligible should be informed of the reasons.

The meeting was attended by Forest Divisional Officer Raunak Goyal, Additional Collector Namrata Anand Dongre, District Panchayat CEO Surendra Prasad Vaidya, Joint Collector Dileram Dahire, and other district officials.
