CM Vishnu Deo Sai Interacts with NEET-JEE Aspirants at Akanksha School

Raipur : Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai visited the Akanksha Residential School in Janjgir-Champa district and interacted with students receiving coaching for NEET, JEE, and PSC exams. During the visit, the Chief Minister engaged in a warm and motivating conversation with the students, inquiring about their preparation and progress. He emphasized that education is not merely a tool for employment, but a foundation for a fulfilling and successful life.
CM Sai encouraged the students and wished them success in their upcoming examinations. He lauded the coaching facilities provided by the Akanksha School and urged students to make full use of the available resources. He reiterated the government’s commitment to continuously improve the education sector and assured that all possible support would be extended to help students achieve success.
Speaking to the students, CM Sai said that through Sushasan Tihar, he aimed to understand the ground reality of government schemes. He extended his best wishes to the students selected for the Akanksha School and motivated them to pursue their dreams with dedication and confidence. “Chhattisgarh is steadily progressing in the field of education. We have institutions for engineering, medical, and more right here,” he said. He also mentioned that the number of hostel seats for UPSC aspirants in Delhi has been increased and that Nalanda campuses are being set up in each district to provide an enriched academic environment.
In a special gesture, CM Sai shared a meal with the students of the Akanksha Residential School. He stated that this direct dialogue with the public through the lens of good governance will certainly give a new direction to Chhattisgarh’s development journey.
About Akanksha Programme
The Akanksha programme was launched in 2018 in Janjgir-Champa district with the objective of integrating socially and economically disadvantaged students into the mainstream education system. It offers free coaching for competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, PSC, Vyapam, Railways, and SSC. To date, over 90 students trained at the Akanksha School have successfully cleared JEE and NEET exams. In addition to free coaching, students receive notes, textbooks, and other essential learning materials to support their academic journey.
