Rekha Gupta Releases 100-Day Report Card: 20 Key Achievements of Delhi Government

New Delhi : Marking 100 days since the new BJP government took charge in Delhi, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta released a comprehensive report card highlighting 20 major achievements across various sectors. From healthcare and education to pollution control and infrastructure development, the report showcases the government’s swift and broad-ranging action plan aimed at transforming Delhi.

As soon as the new government was formed, the Chief Minister directed the Chief Secretary to prepare a 100-day action plan. CM Rekha Gupta and her team got to work immediately after taking oath, with a focus on rapid implementation and public welfare.

Highlights of the 100-Day Report Card:

Dreams of Every Section Will Be Fulfilled: For the First Time in Delhi’s History, a Massive ₹1 Lakh Crore Budget Passed

  • Over 3.1 lakh Ayushman Health Cards have been issued, enabling Delhi residents to receive free treatment up to ₹10 lakhs.
  • More than 1.41 lakh Ayushman Vaya Vandana Cards have been distributed, ensuring free medical treatment up to ₹10 lakhs for every senior citizen above 70 years of age in Delhi.
  • ₹12,826 crore will be spent for improving Delhi’s healthcare. This amount will be used to construct 1,139 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs and install 300 dialysis machines.
  • ₹5,100 crore has been earmarked in the budget, under which ₹2,500 will be deposited monthly into women’s accounts soon.
  • New ‘Sakhi Niwas’ hostels will be built soon.
  • 775 world-class ‘CM Shri Schools’ are being developed, equipped with digital libraries and language laboratories.
  • 460 DEVI EV buses are currently operational, with 2,080 new DEVI buses expected to be added by year-end.
  • 1,000 smog-guns and sprinklers are ready to combat pollution.
  • Every day, 30,000 tons of garbage are being removed from the landfill sites.
  • Cleaning of government buildings, markets, and roads is progressing at full speed.
  • 1,167 GPS-enabled tankers are delivering water to households without delay, and people can track them on their mobile phones.
  • MoUs have been signed for the rejuvenation of the Yamuna River. 16 lakh metric tonnes of silt have already been removed. Ferries and cruises will soon be seen on Delhi’s Yamuna.
  • For the first time, public grievances are being heard directly in every district, empowering citizens.
  • Streetlights are being installed at 4,000 dark spots, ensuring that girls and women feel safer.
  • For the first time, a ‘Deet Action Plan’ has been implemented in Delhi to tackle mosquito-related issues.
  • Solar energy expansion has begun on 2.3 lakh rooftops across Delhi.
  • Minimum wages for workers have increased, and nutritious meals are now available for just ₹5.
  • The ‘School Fee Regulation Bill’ has been implemented for the first time in Delhi’s schools to ensure fee control and transparency.
  • 1,63,000 students have received free online coaching for NEET, JEE, and CUET exams.

CM Rekha Gupta emphasized that each day of her government is dedicated to the people of Delhi. “We are committed to building a developed Delhi as part of a developed India,” she stated, highlighting her administration’s citizen-first approach.
