CM Dr. Yadav to inaugurate “Invest Madhya Pradesh” Road Show in Coimbatore on July 25

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the “Interactive Session on Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh” on Thursday, July 25 in Coimbatore. This event is part of the ‘Road-to-GIS’ series leading up to the “Invest Madhya Pradesh: Global Investors Summit” scheduled for February 2025. Dr. Yadav will present the government’s vision and innovations aimed at fostering investment, innovation, and sustainable development in Madhya Pradesh.

The event will offer a platform for investors to engage with key stakeholders and network with industry leaders. Industrialists will have the opportunity for one-on-one meetings with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for in-depth discussions and potential collaborations. Additionally, details about the state’s One-District-One-Product (ODOP) scheme will be shared. The scheme aims to attract investment by showcasing Madhya Pradesh’s skilled workforce, abundant resources, and favorable industrial environment to the country’s top industrialists, positioning Madhya Pradesh as a prime investment destination. The first session of the Interactive Session on Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh took place in Mumbai.

Prominent industrialists including representatives of M/s Best Corporation and M/s Craftsman will share their experience in Madhya Pradesh. They will apprise about the state’s industrial scenario and future development prospects.

The objective of this interactive session is to attract investors for major initiatives such as the PM Mitra Textile Park, as well as IT Parks and industrial areas focused on textiles and garments, engineering, information technology, and other key sectors. In preparation for the ‘Invest Madhya Pradesh: Global Investors Summit-2025’, the Madhya Pradesh government aims to highlight the state’s investment potential to investors from the country’s leading industrial regions. Following the initial road show in Mumbai, the second event is being held in Coimbatore, a major industrial hub in South India renowned for its textile, engineering, and information technology sectors.

Principal Secretary, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Shri Raghvendra Singh will give a presentation on investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh in various sectors. Along with this, Secretary Shri Navneet Mohan Kothari will provide detailed information on the micro, small and medium enterprises sector. The Department of Science and Technology will give a presentation on the IT/ITES/ESDM sectors. In the interactive session, the short film “Advantage Madhya Pradesh” will be screened, in which industrialists will be given detailed information about investment opportunities in the state.
