New Energy in Learning at Baradamali Primary School Through Rationalization Initiative, Parents Express Gratitude
Raipur, Sept 2025 : The impact of the state government’s Teacher Rationalization Campaign is now becoming visible in schools across villages. In this sequence, under the rationalization process, Mrs. Archana Srivastava has been posted at Baradamali Primary School in Surguja district. With her joining, the school now has a total of three teachers, including one headmaster and two assistant teachers. Around 80 students are enrolled in the school, who are now receiving regular and quality education.
Earlier, due to a shortage of teachers, the education of children at Baradamali Primary School was affected. A single teacher often had to handle multiple classes, given the number of students, which hampered both the continuity and quality of education. The rationalization process has successfully addressed this problem.
The appointment of a new teacher has generated excitement among students and their parents. Now, teaching is happening on time in each class, and students are getting individual attention. Parents say that with three teachers, the pace of learning will improve, and children will perform better in examinations.
The headmaster and other teachers also point out that with balanced workload and proper division of classes, the teaching process has become smoother, ensuring subject-specific instruction for children.
Thanks to the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, the rationalization of teachers has led to significant improvement in the quality of education, ensuring that every child receives equal access to learning.
