15-Day Road Safety Audit Program Inaugurated: Deputy CM Diya Kumari Stresses Safe Roads for All

Inauguration of 15-Day Road Safety Audit Certification Program — “Building roads is not enough; providing safe roadways for the public is our responsibility” — Deputy CM Diya Kumari emphasizes all possible efforts to reduce road accidents

Jaipur, December 2025 : Roads are built for public convenience to provide smooth and fast transportation. Therefore, along with constructing roads, ensuring their safety for the public is also our responsibility. Meaningful efforts are needed, and construction must strictly adhere to prescribed standards. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari stated this while inaugurating the Road Safety Audit Certification Program at the Construction Bhavan on Monday.

Diya Kumari said that infrastructure, connectivity, and road safety hold a crucial place in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mission of Developed India. Rules and guidelines for road safety already exist, but they are not being implemented properly. We all need to make planned efforts to reduce road accidents. This 15-day training program will only be meaningful if the officers use the knowledge gained here to effectively reduce road accidents.

Certification program duration: 8 to 23 December
