The Super Eights phase will begin with New Zealand taking on Pakistan on Saturday at the R. Premadasa Stadium. The opening match will see Rodney Tucker and Paul Reiffel officiating on-field, with Allahudien Paleker appointed as TV Umpire and Sam Nogajski serving as Fourth Umpire.

Tucker and Nogajski will reunite as the on-field pair when Sri Lanka face Pakistan in Kandy on February 28. Nogajski will also be involved in England’s clash against Pakistan at the same venue on February 24, working alongside Nitin Menon.

The Sri Lanka-based officials’ contingent will also include Adrian Holdstock, who will take on-field duties with Ahsan Raza for England’s Super Eights matches against the co-hosts in Kandy on February 22 and against New Zealand five days later.

Meanwhile, Paleker will return to the centre alongside Asif Yaqoob for Sri Lanka’s meeting with New Zealand in Colombo on February 25, adding further depth to the officiating roster.
