Mizoram Youth Commission Holds One-Day Workshop on Career Guidance & Counseling

Aizawl : Today, the Mizoram Youth Commission (MYC) organized a One-Day Workshop on Career Guidance and Counseling at the MYC Coaching Center Auditorium, MINECO. The event brought together those preparing for competitive exams and individuals successfully serving in various capacities, who actively participated in the discussions.

During the workshop, MYC Chairman, Mr. Malsawmzuala Ralte, emphasized the vital role education plays in shaping individuals to be productive members of society. He urged students in attendance to make the most of this opportunity to gain clarity on their future paths and to approach their careers with a determined focus. He shared that achieving success requires planning, dedication, and resilience, encouraging all to stay motivated and focused on their ambitions.

Mr. Malsawmzuala Ralte also advised the students to prepare themselves to work diligently and not settle for mediocrity, reinforcing the importance of continuous self-improvement and adaptability. He reminded them that true success stems from consistent effort and a clear direction in one’s pursuits.

The workshop featured insights from various experts, including Ms. Christina Lalmuanzuali (MCS), Mr. Bryan Zorintluanga (MFS), Mr. KC Lalhriatpuia (MSS), Mr. Elijah LH Sanga (MCS), Ms. Jessica Lallawmzuali (MPS), Ms. Lalremruati (MF&AS), and Mr. Lalchhuanawma Ralte (MIS). They shared their experiences in Mizoram State Services, offering guidance on career paths and preparation strategies for competitive exams, enriching participants with valuable information for their professional growth.
