Kondagaon: Court’s announcement – search for accused Paneshwar Pandey

Kondagaon Court has issued an important proclamation. In criminal case number 385/2019, a case has been registered against the accused Paneshwar Pandey, resident of house number 126, ward number 08 Pachpedi Bhata Girola, police station Kondagaon, district Kondagaon under section 138 written Parakramya Act 1988.

The accused Paneshwar Pandey is neither available at his residence nor appearing in the court. Therefore, the court has issued a public proclamation under section 82 (2). This proclamation has been pasted in public places, but the accused has not yet appeared before the court.
