Principal and Teachers Should Enhance School Reputation by Improving Quality – Guardian Minister Gulabrao Patil
Jalgaon : Every teacher should stay up-to-date with new technologies and adapt accordingly. The principal and teachers should focus on enhancing the school’s quality, creating a beautiful environment, and thereby increasing its reputation. While congratulating successful schools, Guardian Minister Gulabrao Patil emphasized that the ‘My School is a Beautiful School’ competition has positively shifted society’s attitude towards schools. He made these remarks during the “Chief Minister, Majhi Shaala – Sundar Shala” prize distribution ceremony, organized by the Panchayat Samiti, Jalgaon, at St. Teresa English Medium School.
Anil Zope, Principal of DIET, highlighted that a teacher’s ability and commitment are crucial for any system’s performance. He also provided guidance on how schools can achieve maximum marks in the ‘Chief Minister Majhi Shala Sundar Shala’ campaign phase two, with insights shared by Center Head Sushil Pawar.
The “Chief Minister, My School – Sundar Shala” initiative was formally inaugurated by Guardian Minister Gulabrao Patil. The taluk-level prize distribution for the first phase of the Mukhyamantri Majhi Shala Sundar Shala campaign, organized by the Education Department at St. Teresa Higher Secondary School, Jalgaon, and the distribution of materials to disabled students under the Samagra Shiksha program, were both conducted by Minister Patil and other dignitaries. Among those present were DIET Principal Anil Zope, Group Education Officer Sarla Vijay Patil, School Nutrition Superintendent Vijay Pawar, Education Extension Officer Khalil Shaikh, and a large number of teachers.
The program was introduced by Group Education Officer Mrs. Sarla Patil, with a vote of thanks given by Khalil Shaikh. The event was moderated by Anita Chaudhary and Nazia Kazi.
Awards and Recognitions
During the event, a taluk-level prize distribution ceremony was held under the campaign ‘Chief Minister My School is a Beautiful School.’ In the category of government and local government schools, the first prize was awarded to All India Memon Jamaat Federation Jalgaon City Municipal Urdu School No. 11, Supreme Colony. The second rank went to District West Primary School Savkheda Khu., and the third rank to District West Primary School Shirsoli Pr. Bo.
In the category of other management schools, St. Teresa Higher Secondary School Jalgaon secured the first rank, followed by Secondary and Higher Secondary School Kusumba Khurd in second place, and SS. P. D. Secondary and Higher Secondary School Mhasavad in third place. Additionally, materials such as wheelchairs and hearing aids were distributed to disabled students under the Samagra Shiksha program by Guardian Minister Gulabrao Patil.
