On the third day of the wrestling competition under Khelo India Tribal Games 2026, held in Ambikapur, Sarguja district, the thrill of competition continued. Players applied one strategy after another, exerting maximum effort to win. During this, medals were awarded to the winning participants.

Amid tough contests, among the medal winners today, in women’s senior 53-kilogram category, Neha Oranv from Jharkhand won gold, Pratima Khakhlari from Assam won silver, and Mainari Khakhlari from Assam and Lalvenhimi from Mizoram won bronze. In women’s senior 76-kilogram category, Manisha Juwav Siddhi from Karnataka won gold, Muskan from Himachal Pradesh won silver, and Lalhamanghaihsangi from Mizoram won bronze.

Similarly, in the men’s category, in Greco-Roman senior 60-kilogram category, Rohan M Doddamani from Karnataka won gold, Dinesh Solanki from Rajasthan won silver, and Jhu Pa Yu Jhu Nongtdu from Meghalaya won bronze. In freestyle 97-kilogram category, Hamam Hussain from Jammu & Kashmir won gold, Mohit Kumar from Himachal Pradesh won silver, and Mohammad Wasim Chaudhary from Jammu & Kashmir won bronze. In Greco-Roman senior 87-kilogram category, Piyush Gujar from Himachal Pradesh won gold, Riaz Hussain from Jammu & Kashmir won silver, and Tekchand from Himachal Pradesh won bronze. In freestyle senior 65-kilogram category, Mulayam Kharwar from Bihar won gold, Rakesh Kumar Meena from Rajasthan won silver, and Kampangouda V Kemppannavar from Karnataka won bronze.
