Mumbai : In several riverside areas of the state, there has been no record of floods for many years. However, the existing flood line restrictions are hindering development. Therefore, flood control measures should be implemented along all rivers, and the guidelines concerning flood lines must be redefined, directed Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
A review meeting regarding various development works in the Murbad Assembly Constituency of Thane district was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Fadnavis at Sahyadri Guest House.
