CM Dr. Yadav Distributes Appointment Letters to Youth

Bhopal Sept 2025 : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav distributed appointment letters to nearly 4,000 youth from the rural and Naxal-affected areas of Balaghat district. This includes around 1,000 young women who have been placed in companies in Bangalore. Additionally, 850 youth from Naxal-affected regions received appointment letters for recruitment into special Home Department task forces.

Providing employment to such a large number of youth from rural and Naxal-affected areas is expected to not only secure the future of these young people and their families but also contribute to addressing challenges like Naxalism.

The event, held in Katangi, Balaghat, was attended by a large gathering of youth, company representatives, selected candidates and their families.

Under the guidance of CM Dr. Yadav, Collector Shri Mrinal Meena organised a three-day Employment Festival from 20 to 22 September at Sandeepani Vidyalaya, Balaghat, after consultations with leading national companies. Around 5,000 youth were expected to be recruited during the festival. With support from social and voluntary organizations as well as government departments, maximum participation from remote rural areas was ensured, and transportation assistance was provided for candidates to reach Balaghat.

Representatives from Tata Motors, Tata Electronics, MRF, Qumuiss Bangalore, L&T, CII Chhindwara, Raymond and other firms interviewed 2,734 youth with 10th pass, 12th pass and ITI diplomas. The candidates include 1,889 males and 845 females.

To facilitate employment for youth from Naxal-affected areas, the police organised a special recruitment camp, where 500 youth were selected by L&T. In addition, earlier employment fairs organised by the district administration had also led to the selection of 500 youth.

In total, 3,734 youth from the rural and Naxal-affected areas of Balaghat have secured employment in leading companies across the country.
