Digital Constitution Chariot Inaugurated by Chief Minister on the Occasion of Constitution Amrit Mahotsav

Tribute to the Constitution through a Digital Chariot

Mumbai, December 2025 : As part of the Constitution Amrit Mahotsav, the Department of Cultural Affairs of the State Government has created a Digital Constitution Chariot. The chariot was inaugurated today, 6 December, by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at the premises of Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

The event was attended by Cultural Affairs Minister Adv. Ashish Shelar, Minister of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Mangalprabhat Lodha, former State Minister Bhai Girkar, Director of Cultural Affairs Bhavishan Chavre, Director of P. L. Deshpande Maharashtra Kala Academy Mrs. Meenal Joglekar, and other dignitaries.

The chariot will travel to various locations across the state. It showcases information about the Constitution, its fundamental principles, significant milestones, and artistic representations of democratic values. The exhibition aims to raise public awareness about the Constitution and ensure that its knowledge reaches the general populace.

Cultural Affairs Minister Adv. Ashish Shelar urged citizens to take full advantage of this chariot exhibition and gain insight into the Constitution.
