CM Dr. Yadav performs Puja for the prosperity of the state at Dada Kuti in Narmadapuram

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited the Dada Kuti of Avdhoot Shri Dada Guru in Narmadapuram district on Sunday, where he performed a havan and offered prayers for the happiness and prosperity of the state. During his visit, he worshipped 108 plants of various species and reaffirmed his commitment to developing the Narmada Parikrama Path and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of the sacred Narmada River. Guided by Avdhoot Shri Dada Guru, the Chief Minister also offered floral tributes to the portraits of revered saints. In a spiritual dialogue with Dada Guru, Dr. Yadav reiterated his resolve to continue striving for the well-being and progress of Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government has launched the Jal Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan across Madhya Pradesh from March 30. As part of this campaign, efforts are underway to revive and restore all closed and extinct water structures. He said a firm commitment has been made to develop the entire Parikrama Path of Maa Narmada and to ensure the uninterrupted flow of the river. Dr. Yadav added that the blessings of Dada Guru have been received in support of this sacred resolve.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that all necessary facilities will be ensured for the Narmada Parikrama pilgrims travelling along the Narmada Path. Arrangements such as dharamshalas and other essential services will be prioritised to make spiritual activities smooth and accessible for the devotees. He emphasised that the Madhya Pradesh government is fully committed to the systematic development and organisation of all pilgrimage sites in the state. Extending his greetings to the people on the occasion of Ram Navami, the Chief Minister shared that he would also be visiting Maihar and Chitrakoot on the same day. He noted that Chitrakoot holds special significance as it is believed that Lord Shri Ram spent a part of his exile there. In honour of Ram Navami, homes across Chitrakoot will be illuminated with lamps, marking the occasion as a day of pride for the region.

On this occasion, MP Shri Darshan Singh Chaudhary, Narmadapuram MLA Dr. Sitasaran Sharma, Sohagpur MLA Shri Vijaypal Singh, Pipariya MLA Shri Thakurdas Nagvanshi, Seoni Malwa MLA Shri Premshankar Verma, President of Municipal Corporation Narmadapuram Mrs. Neetu Mahendrash Yadav along with Preeti Pawan Shukla, former Municipal Corporation President Shri Akhilesh Khandelwal, former District President Smt Sangeeta Solanki, along with public representatives, officers and citizens were present at Dada Kuti.
